For faculty only, submit this online form for Exempt Classroom Research, where all students in a class will be conducting the same project.
Submit this online form immediately if you encounter unanticipated problems or an increase in risks during your IRB-approved research study. All research activities must cease until the problem is officially resolved by the IRB.
For researchers with an existing SEU-approved study, who either need approval for modifications or an extension of their Full Board research approval date. If an extension is needed, please submit at least 14 days in advance.
For researchers who want to conduct a study at SEU that has already been approved by another institution’s IRB. This form requires one investigator affiliated with St. ·¡»å·É²¹°ù»å’s University.
For researchers not affiliated with St. ·¡»å·É²¹°ù»å’s but who wish to recruit SEU participants for an IRB-approved study from another institution.
